We, at Avalon Moving Systems are always disturbed when a customer is less than completely satisfied with the shipment of their household goods. We are very sorry for any damage that may have occurred during your move.

Since all damaged items are subject to inspection, please do not proceed with any repairs, and do not dispose of any damaged items and cartons. All claims must be filed in writing.

Items that cannot be moved, when moving interstate:

• Hazardous Materials - gas cans, propane tanks, ammunition, bleach and some cleaning supplies.

• Items That May Stain - bleach, wine and cooking oils.

• Items Emitting Offensive Odors

• High Value Items

• Perishable Articles

• Live plants
